Oro-tracheal flexible guide for difficult endotracheal intubation (Cormack superior to 2) with duct for oxygen injection and oxygen connector.

Bougie Boussignac features 2 ducts:

• The first duct (transparent) is closed at the proximal end and open at the distal end.
• The second duct (green, blue or pink) is open at the proximal end and closed at the distal end. An opening of the coloured duct at the coude level allows passage of the oxygen.

In case of spasm, decompression openings will avoid any risk of barotrauma by allowing oxygen to escape.

A radio-opaque line is present on the device to control its location if necessary.
